Not passing multiple attributes with product

I have spent hours and found a solution that I cannot find again. There are many postings with other versions - I can't use these because I am using different versions and I don't have the same files. I think that I may have the fix - just don't know where to find it...

 

PROBLEM:

On my paypal invoice page it only lists two of my product attributes instead of all of the attributes that my product may have. I think that below is what needs to changed - I cannot figure out what file this is in - Have been looking at so many files now I am cross-eyed... >_<

 

Change This:
CODE 
$parameters['os' . $j . '_' . $item] = $attributes_values['products_options_values_name'];

To This:
CODE 
$parameters['os' . $j . '_' . $item] = $order->products[$i]['attributes'][$j]['value'];
