Min. purchase on shipment/delivery

Thank you very much for your efforts, I did obtain several hints and solved some problems reading the topics of this forum.

 

My latest REQUEST for help has to be done and here it is:

 

I'd like to ad a "filter", a kind of MINIMUM amount to purchase for allow a customer to use a distingued delivery option.

 

Example:

The COD option require the shop owner to upfront some shipping expensive before the buyer get the merchandise, IF the buyer refuse the delivery (this is allowed on some country by law) the shops owner has a LOSS, usually (on my experience), this happen on low amount sales (the shipping expensives are a too hight percentage of the invoice amount). My idea is of not allowing shipping on COD (or others) if the purcahsed amount is below a predefined one. Redirecting to an online payement (or to a COP) module.
