Admin order and invoice mods

On the order, order process and invoice in admin I cannot find how to change the shipping total. I have changed lbs to Kg in catalog along with rename flat rate and zone rates to shipping but I still get the following on the admin orders and invoice in the sub total area:

 

Zone Rates (shipping to US: 8lbs)

 

Any one know where I can remove the 8lbs part and change the zone rates to read shipping?

You've probably already worked this out by now but you edit the text shown in catalog/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/zones.php
