Secure and nonsecure window pop up

Hi,

I can't figure this out - why this "secure - nosecure items" window keeps poping up only for the Sign in page, the one that says "Welcome, please sign in". It pops up for some other pages as well but for most it does not. How can it pop up for "My Account" button, but not for "My Cart" - these pages are almost identical in terms of images and flash and other stuff? What is the problem here?

 

I am going crazy trying to fix this.
