Customer and Owner emails

This an odd problem i am having. I have installed two contrib to help with the emails that go to the customer and owner when an order is placed or an order is updated. The two contribs are: Email_Subject_OrderNumber_Status & Email_HTML_Order_Link_Fixed.

 

What i get when the initial order is placed is the email subject states: EMAIL_TEXT_SUBJECT but the Detailed Inovice has the correct link (http://yankeewarehouse.net/catalog/account_history_info.php/order_id/25).

 

If i go in and update the status of an order from the admin side, the subject comes through correctly: Yankeewarehouse.net 25: Pending, but the link for the detailed invoice is broken. (/catalog/account_history_info.php/order_id/25).

 

I have no idea where the fix for this may be in the code, does anyone have any ideas. They are greatly appreciated.
