clearasmud Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 I have tried to download a test certificate in PayPal, but I get an error message indicating that the file could not be found to be downloaded. Does anyone know what is wrong? I have tried to get in contact with PayPal, but no luck. ?????
