When I edit the Conditions of use.php page I receive the following parse error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /homepages/19/d122689994/htdocs/catalog/includes/languages/english/conditions.php on line 41

I am unsure what to look for as my experience is limited. Below is a copy of what I have added, can anyone see the error?

I'm not 100% sure, but try swapping the apostrophe's for the code for an apostrophe.

EG.
