martynd Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 Hi we have a issue with PROTX its all working but now and again customers that are getting post code errors on the PROTX site, PROTX do not seem to be much help the only thing they come up is that my server can not be sending the info... however we can have two customers on line at the same time and one it will work for the other it will not... the strange thing is it some times happens to customers that have order ok in the past and one it happens to them its like it all the time once they have the issue...
