Creating a payment module

I need a payment that does not exist, it is available in canada only and it is called interac email money transfer.

 

It should be simple to creat this. I need the module to pass the final price to another url where the payment will be made.

 

This mod could looks a bit like the original paypal module include in ms2.2

 

I would appreciate some guidelines to help me create this mod please
