Address appearing the wrong way around

I cannot figure out how to correct this. When someone creates an account everything appears the right way around as follows

 

 

 

But as soon as you look it up in your address book or try to print an invoice it changes the position of the county by putting it before the town/city as follows. Kent should be after Chatham Maritime. This is happening for all customers.

 

 

Can anyone tell me how or where I can correct this?

In your Admin screen, go to Locations/Taxes -> Country. For each of the countries in your list, there are 5 address format options available via a drop-down box when you Edit the country name, which I believe relate to the following formatting:

 

# 1 - (Default)

 

Firstname Lastname

Street Address

City, Postcode

State, Country

 

==========

 

# 2 - USA

 

Firstname Lastname

Street Address

City, State Postcode

Country

 

==========

 

#3 - Spain

 

Firstname Lastname

Street Address

City

Postcode

State, Country

 

==========

 

#4 - Singapore

 

Firstname Lastname

Street Address

City (Postcode)

Country

 

==========

 

#5 - Germany
