Guest Posted April 8, 2005 Posted April 8, 2005 I cannot figure out how to correct this. When someone creates an account everything appears the right way around as follows But as soon as you look it up in your address book or try to print an invoice it changes the position of the county by putting it before the town/city as follows. Kent should be after Chatham Maritime. This is happening for all customers. Can anyone tell me how or where I can correct this? Thanks
Guest Posted April 8, 2005 Posted April 8, 2005 Someone must know the answer to this? I still cannot find.
TerryK Posted April 8, 2005 Posted April 8, 2005 In your Admin screen, go to Locations/Taxes -> Country. For each of the countries in your list, there are 5 address format options available via a drop-down box when you Edit the country name, which I believe relate to the following formatting: # 1 - (Default) Firstname Lastname Street Address City, Postcode State, Country ========== # 2 - USA Firstname Lastname Street Address City, State Postcode Country ========== #3 - Spain Firstname Lastname Street Address City Postcode State, Country ========== #4 - Singapore Firstname Lastname Street Address City (Postcode) Country ========== #5 - Germany Firstname Lastname Street Address Postcode City Country HTH, Terry Terry Kluytmans Contribs Installed: Purchase Without Account (PWA); Big Images, Product Availability, Description in Product Listing, Graphical Infobox, Header Tags Controller, Login Box, Option Type Feature, plus many layout changes & other mods of my own, like: Add order total to checkout_shipment Add order total to checkout_payment Add radio buttons at checkout_shipping (for backorder options, etc.) Duplicate Table Rate Shipping Module Better Product Review Flow * If at first you don't succeed, find out if there's a prize for the loser. *
