Cant get past confirm order =[

Hey guys I cant for the life of me get an order to process, I tried the built in Authorize.net and also installed the module "Authorize.Net Consolidated 1.7 with Curl Fix" all seems to work well and when you hit the confirm order it starts right back at the beginning of order wanting you to type all of your info back in and the url says card has been declined! I have tried this with several types of cards and all are legit with no luck =\ Everything is set to production, I have done searches and havent come up with any answers.

 

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated I dont know what else to do at this point =[
