Links on Order status

One of my payment methods is working sending an invoice for credit card payment, after the customer place an order.

My problem is that some customers have free accounts (hotmail yahoo) that sends my email to the bulk folder, and they never receive the email with the url where they have to go to place their order.

I also send an order status and on the comments i write the url for payment.

But this url just appears as text and not an html url to click.

(the url is large, so is difficult to copy and paste for some customers)

What can i do to make the links that i wrote on admin - order status convert to html and let my customers click on them ?
