When I issue a discount coupon for a free download of a document, the coupon works fine. When I apply the same coupon towards an item that requires shipping, it complains: "There has been an error processing your credit card, please try again : CC-4019: Total charge amount did not match sum of the subtotal, shipping, tax and vattax amounts."
