Add to card error with different account

When a new customer add an item to their shopping cart and when they check-out, personal information from the previous customer shows up. It seems that the information from the previous customer remains in the system even after transaction has been completed. When these new customers tries to check-out, the credit card will decline because it is seeing the previous custmers billing address for some reason. Evne when the customer tried to change the address to their own, it is still showing the previous customer information.

Is there a setting that I need to change?

Can anyone please help in correcting this problem.

I'm getting the same on my shop, it's been up and running for over a year now and I've recently noticed this happen twice since I've moved servers. Could this be anything to do with the server settings and PHP cookies??????
