Multiple Suppliers / Same Products

Is there a way (contribution?) of adding multiple suppliers but have them all be suppliers for the same products?

 

For example: a food delivery chain who has several shops and wants the same menu for all his shops. So if a user says where he's located his order goes to the shop that's in his/her area.

 

So multiple supplier addresses need to be given but the products, prices etc all needs to be the same.

 

What I know will also be a challenge is directing the user to the correct shop in his/her area - any ideas?
