Ohhhh HELP! I broke admin!!

I edited my /admin/includes/configure.php to try out SSL, I have since turned it off, but somehow I have much something up. I can remember what other files I edited, and I totally forgot to back em up. I KNOW I am missing something simple.

 

here's what happens. I log into admin, main admin panel shows, i click ANY option and get this kind of thing happening:
