This morning, a order came in from PR - (Puerto Rico) the shipping was extremly high. (My Business is based out of the USA) The order was selected UPS, UPS does not support PR -(Puerto Rico) Orders. Well mine doesn't anyways. Normaly its USPS. So i decided to do a few test of my own. I found that if you select Puerto Rico as a country I get.

When I enter:

San Juan, 00923

Puerto Rico, Puerto Rico

United Parcel Service (1 x 5.25lbs)

Next Day Air $51.92

2nd Day Air $30.62

Ground $24.49

United States Postal Service

-2147219080 - Missing value for Country.

-------------------------------------------------

When I enter with a different Country United States:

San Jose, PR 00923

United States

United Parcel Service

An error occured with the UPS shipping calculations.

The requested service is invalid from the selected origin.

If you prefer to use UPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.

United States Postal Service (1 x 5.25lbs)

Express Mail $30.40

Priority Mail $12.30

This is what it should have came up with. In my opinion. Seems like the computer should automatically know this. Or am I just over reacting about this whole thing? What should I do about this for future orders? Should I remove Puerto Rico from Country List? or Leave it as is? I just don't want my customers think im overcharging them for shipping. Im open for all types of feed back about this problem. I will be looking forward to some posts.

Thank you
