DanishDude Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 Hi all. I am trying to install osCommerce, and so far it has been pretty much problem free. But now I have run into a problem that I am not able to solve myself. Therefore, I hope that someone in here can help me. After installing, I can, whitout problems, go to the shop-section (i.e. mydomain.dk/catalog), but when I try to go to the admin section, I get the following error: Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'mysql@localhost' (Using password: NO) in /customers/mydomain.dk/mydomain.dk/httpd.www/catalog/admin/includes/functions/database.php on line 19 Unable to connect to database server! I have no absolutely no idea what to do here, so I sincerely hope that someone smarter than me, will take the time to help... :)
tlkhorses Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 in the admin folder, look at the configure.php file. Towards the bottom (I think) there are lines to enter the database (db) information. Make sure that is filled in properly. tk
