Installed Header Tags Controller 2.4.4 - WORKS GREAT "except" for two things.

 

1. Home Page Title displays - "Home Page - osCommerce: - Microsoft Internet Explorer" How do I make it show my site Title - Copystar Services?

 

2.Any item from Catagory changes to the correct Title but also shows osCommerce eg: "Copystar Copiers - osCommerce - Microsoft Internet Explorer" or longer Title will show eg: "CS-1500 Processing Unit PU-101osCommerce - Microsoft Internet Explorer".

 

I change ...to set the page title, open catalog/includes/laguages/english.php

Around line 47 you will see

// page title

define('TITLE', 'osCommerce'); to define('TITLE', 'Copystar Services');

Once you install HTC, the title is controlled by its files, not by the text in the enlgish file. So you need to edit includes/languages/english/header_tags.php to change the title. Also, to disable showing the full title in the browser, set the option for showing the tile to 0 (it is currently set to 1).
