it can test sucessful on my host .but no question.

That web address does not work at all when I try it. I get a 'Cannot Find Server' error.

I got in once, the server very, very slow. Could not get a response on either clicking another page or doing a refresh. It may be the free server you have chosen is way too overloaded to handle the traffic you plan to put on it.
