Guest Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 Can someone tell me what this is?? Everytime I update a product (I sell downloadable video clips) I get this message. I've got the clips uploaded to the server in the /catalog/download folder.

I've got the clips uploaded to the server in the /catalog/download folder. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You'll get that message unless you upload a file. If the file was uploaded before and you make some change to the listing but don't upload a new file at the same time, you'll get that message (but it's nothing to worry about unless you intended to upload a new file).
Guest Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 i added the descriptions first then went back the next day and uploaded the files and set the filename in the product attributes. was this correct? it should work properly?
