Customizing the welcome text?

Good Afternoon.

 

I'm trying to customize the welcome text that shows up in the index.php file, but I keep getting erros. Is this because I have apostrophes (') within my text? Could someone possibly take a look at it and tell me what needs to be changed?

Also, i'm a bit confused on what the 'TEXT_GREETING_PERSONAL_RELOGON' does?
