jmkabanda Posted April 4, 2005 Posted April 4, 2005 Please help... I have successfully installed osCommerce, EasyPHP (with Apache & MySQL). I would like to start creating my new store on my local machine. Initially, I want to play around (changing colors, text, font, layout, ec.) with the default store provided with osCommerce. I haven't worked with stylesheets, and I would like to ask anyone to provide me with couple of recommeded best CSS Stylesheet Viewers/Editors. I want to visualize my edits/changes instead of manipulating code. Thanks in advance
Mighty Mike Posted April 4, 2005 Posted April 4, 2005 mozilla firefox and the developer extension lets you edit and view stylesheets while you browse a site. So you could play around with the css until you like what you see and copy the code to your original file and upload it :-)

Just downloaded Firefox and also installed the add on. It looks like I can switch views between "no style" and "page style" options. It is usefull. But how to visually edit the underlying stylesheet of my page is not clear to me. Any pointers? jmk

The newest version of this great toolbar is available here: http://www.chrispederick.com/work/firefox/webdeveloper/
