Payment with Paypal No Order Verifcation

Users that check out with cash module has automated email as expected for order process.

 

However, something has changed and I am not longer able to recieve order process emails when a user checks out with paypal.

 

I have tried the code from another install in the .../payment/paypal.php and no go.

 

This was working but has since stopped.

 

Any help is appreciated.
