Guest
Hi I have been searching the forums for the past couple of hours but there are not many post for the helpdesk!. I have looking at lots of the files in admin and catalog but cant find the correct file. When I update a help request and the customer is sent an e-mail, the e-mail contains a link which the customer can click on to go direct to the log in screen of the helpdesk, the links my customers are being sent are not correct. The link does not have the "catalog" in it, my site is in the catalog, so the link reads www.mysite.co.uk/helpdesk_status.php where I want it to read www.mysite.co.uk/catalog/helpdesk_status.php Any help would be greatly appreciated because I am still a newbie on a big learning curve! tobycatlin
If this is related to a contrib you installed you might have more luck in the correct contrib forum. Run a search for it and there normally a thread monitored by the author I ain't got time to bleed

Or is it just in the email?
