rstan
Our default currency is Euro. However, we charge credit cards in GBP. We have been trying for two days to get a GBP total on the order in admin to make it easy for the credit card deprtment to run the orders. For some reason this is more difficult then you would think. example: Sub-Total: 28,814.83YEN Table Rate (Best Way): 10.00YEN Total: 30,193.53YEN GBP Total: 20.73GBP Notice the GBP Total convertion is not correct..How can we convert the order total from the checkout currency to GBP...anyone have any ideas? ♥TerryK
Wouldn't it make more sense to post your prices in GBP and let your customers switch to their currency of choice via the currency selection box? It seems to me that would be easier than trying to do this kind of conversion after the fact... rstan
The owner wants EURO because thats the currency he buys the products in and the MSRP currency is in. Customers can select between 7 diff currecies. It would be easier yes if it were based on GBP. But its not. We do 100+ orders a day, its just something that would help the CC dept run the orders.
