shootingstar
Help!! I am having a recent problem with my create_account page. When a customer tries to give their address, and the state is colorado, it goes to the error page and says that state is missing. It will not allow colorado to be used as the state. Choosing any other state appears to work. This is a new problem, as I have successfully created test accounts with colorado addresses in the past. Most of my sales are in colorado and my site is useless without my create_account working. I did not make any changes to the related files and don't know where to begin to fix the problem. I have checked includes/modules/account_details.php, but do not know what to look for to fix the problem. The state drop down includes colorado as an option, but will not recognize it when it is selected. PLease Help

shootingstar
Can you give us the exact error message? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> There is no error message per say. It just gives you back the information page with red "required" next to the state box (which now says Alabama). No matter how many times you choose Colorado from the drop down list, it will return you to the page with the red "required". Log on at shootingstararchery.com and use any colorado address to see the problem. Thanks for helping!!!!
shootingstar
Don't know if this helps either, but I noticed that there is no drop down menu on the create_account page, but when one types in colorado, it brings up the error page and the form with the red "required" next to the state. On this page, there is a drop down menu with colorado on the list twice. Neither one will register when selected. Still hoping someone can help with this problem. Did you check the zones table in your database? Maybe you have multiple entries for Colorado or something. shootingstar
Thanks for the help. I still haven't installed Winzip yet but was able to fix the Colorado problem. In the Zones Module, colorado was listed twice. I deleted one of the two and now can register accounts in Colorado. Thanks again. Hi: WinZip works for me. Happy installing. :) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
