zerodash Posted March 29, 2005 Posted March 29, 2005 I don't know if there is a solution to this... If customers pay with paypal, OSC will not record the order until the customer is redirected back from the PP site. I have messages all over my store about "if you use paypal, you must let it redirect back to this site". No matter how much I get the point across that they must allow the redirect (and just go off surfing the web again), I still get customers who don't listen. I can't think of anything else to do- the instructions are part of checkout clearly written out. I'm tired of getting phone calls from customers who "paid and never got my order".

Jeremy at oddly enough Posted March 30, 2005 Posted March 30, 2005 As well, you could consider installing a master password. When you get payment but no order, log in as the user, and complete the order process, with a form of payment that doesn't get processed automatically like check. Also recover carts is good too, you can see what the person had in their cart when the order was abandoned according to osc. In paypal set your preference to auto-return the customer to your site too. Jeremy
