loginbox 5.5 - missing image

Hello,

 

I've just installed the contribution LoginBox 5.5 in my test environment and found out that in /catalog/includes/boxes/loginbox.php there is actually an image called that doesn't exist: button_create_account.gif. I've checked and double checked but that button doesn't seem to be part of the standard button set, nor was it included in the contribution.

 

Maybe somebody could update the contrib? In the meantime, could somebody post this missing button for me please?
