When a customer puts a few things in their cart and checks out, no prob. when they have more than a few and click checkout, , they get a blank screen instead of a checkout page!! One customer had 50 items in cart, and could not checkout, another had 17 and could not check out. i've tested this tonight and 13-14 seems to be the limit. i can't figure it out and really don't even know where to start looking for a problem like this i'd really appreciate someone's help. i have a live shop and a customer brought this to my attention today. i then found 2 large abandoned carts in Recover Sales and contacted them. They said they had the same problem and gave up. i've been reading forums for hours and can't seem to find the same prob anywhere. Help please, Patti PS: site is: www.sundownwholesale.com.
