Guest Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 Hello, We set the shipping cost as a table at shipping module. ther is a error while we are testing check out by Paypal. When we click finished from check out. It will show different shipping cost.(before it shows correct shipping cost from Delivery Information-->xx--->Confirmation) for example: we set below 100 ---> $12.00 100 and up--->$20 shipping cost when we check out for a product of $50+$12.00=$62.00 everything come correct. but after click finished. it shows: Amount: $50 USD Shipping & Handling: $17.50 USD Total Amount: $67.50 USD what is wrong?? Please help! Thanks!!
Jeremy at oddly enough Posted March 29, 2005 Posted March 29, 2005 Check in your admin panel, configuration, shipping/packaging. There are values for tare weight, which will add weight for packaging, it's set to 3 by default. There is also a large package setting, that will add 10% by default if it determines this will be higher than the product+tare charge. This might be what's screwing you up. Jeremy
