transfering to new server problems

I've been trying to transfer my site to new server but failed many times so i'm asking what i'm doing wrong....

 

both new and old host used latest cpanel, and i did what instruct to do

when it loads to new host i get following errors on top of the site

another problem is that i can not log in to admin area, it just keep failing 3 times and show that unauthorized page

 

can someone tell me what i'm missing? i have the mods from chemo about cache and ultimate SEO URL and few others....
