Add Order, Complete Order Help

I am using MS2.2 and wonder which contribution would be best for a problem I am having. A customer came into my shop, made an account, and added an item to their shopping cart, then decided to call in the order instead. I have margin reports installed and would like to keep records of my sales so how can I update the sale, or get into the account to continue the purchase for my records.
