Header doesn't line up

I am trying to change the header. The cart is configured to be 760 pixels wide. I created a header also 760 pixels with with PSE3.0.

 

But when I went and uploaded it, it is smaller than the cart and looks goofy.

 

What am I doing wrong?

Settng the width like that is only a suggestion. It doesn't lock it in. If the contents of the page need more room, the page is resized to show everything. You have four images across your page (one in the left column and the other three). They are all 200x200. So the width needed to show all four images is 800. Since your header is fixed at a certain size, it appears smaller.
