Basically, I'm setting up the system on a DIY basis with not much computer knowlege. Hope you wouldn't mind if the below qusetions sounds stupid :blush: 1. I intend to charge international shipping based on actual postage. But don't seems to get the system right. Under the zones, I'll only see the default - florida, how to correct this? At present, if I place an international order, the shipping still charge based on the DOMESTIC rate. I need help to correct this problem so that if a international order is placed, a message "Actual shipping will be charged" will appear during checkout. 2. The system don't seemed to email order confirmation automatically to customers upon successful order is placed. Please help. Thank you in advance for any kind assistance rendered. Quote
