Order Total Modules Administration

I've installed the Gift Voucher / Coupon contribution, version 5.12, with OSC 2.2 ms2.

On the ADMIN side, Modules->Order Total there is no sign of the GV or Coupon. Any idea which file I missed to copy? (I do not believe I missed any, becuase I did it twice, but I do not have any other explanation, as others have installed it correctly).

The lines that I see are:

Low Order Fee <null>

Shipping 2

Sub-Total 1

Tax 3

Total 4
