Error when adding to cart. screenshot included

ok, so after 3 weeks of no one ordering off the site.. i looked into things and found a few errors

now i have this big error.. it is saying there isnt enough in stock or something.. there is a screenshot below can anyone tell me what the problem is

Ok, this might be overly obvious but you have checked to make sure your database shows more in stock than the quantities being ordered?

It means that in your catalog, you aren't showing having 3 left in stock. Go check your catalog listing and see what the quantity shows.

i did that and i have the button clicked to have them in stock

ill mess around in the admin a little but i am clueless as of now
