Products changing in cart

I need some help. We installed OSC a while back for a client and now when a client goes to make an order the cart keeps switching out the items in the cart. Sometmes it will not even add an item to the cart. I have tried to search the forums with no luck on a solution.

The URL is here.

Anyone know what the problem could be or better yet, what the solution is?

Thanks

Probably a MySQL DB error. I think reinstalling OsC is the easier way to fix else you will need to double check your code (especially all SQL Queries) :(

Thanks. That helps, but I am not a programmer. Any idea what I should look for? I could post the code from the file here if it helps.

Check the instructions of contributions. If you have a backup, time to use :-"

Or post configure.php code.

Note: Do not post ('DB_SERVER_PASSWORD', '') (or hide it)

Here is the code from the file.

There are several configuration errors:

Change

 define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://protected.fatcow.com/thedvc/'); // eg, https://mysql.fatcow.com - should not be empty for productive servers
define('ENABLE_SSL', true); // secure webserver for checkout procedure?
define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'http://www.thedvc.com');
define('HTTPS_COOKIE_DOMAIN', '');
define('HTTP_COOKIE_PATH', '/');
define('HTTPS_COOKIE_PATH', '');
define('DIR_WS_HTTP_CATALOG', '/');
define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '');

to

 define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://protected.fatcow.com/thedvc'); // eg, https://mysql.fatcow.com - should not be empty for productive servers
define('ENABLE_SSL', true); // secure webserver for checkout procedure?
define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'www.thedvc.com');
define('HTTPS_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'protected.fatcow.com/thedvc');
define('HTTP_COOKIE_PATH', '/');
define('HTTPS_COOKIE_PATH', '/');
define('DIR_WS_HTTP_CATALOG', '/');
define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/');

If you are not using a dedecated server, you should change the following to avoid other problems in the future.

 define('STORE_SESSIONS', '');

to

 define('STORE_SESSIONS', 'mysql');
