grafiti4u Posted March 21, 2005 Posted March 21, 2005 When I try to create a new account in my clients site, it won't accept the zip code/postal code. I type in 5 characters, which is the norm for the United States. But when I submit I get the error "Your Post Code must contain a minimum of 4 characters." What do I have to try and fix now? TerryK Posted March 21, 2005 Posted March 21, 2005 Go to your Admin screen, to Locations/Taxes -> Countries, then find USA on the list. In the column on the right-hand side, it should show you the info about the country (ISO code, etc.). Is it showing an address format of 2? (If not, it should be.) Also, did you make any changes to your form fields for entering the zip code? Maybe it's not recognizing it now for some reason if that's the case.
