Catalog Layout

Simple question here, hopefully the answer will be as simple.

 

Could someone explain to me how I would go about listing products in sequential order by price? (ascending or descending - makes little difference either way) Right now the default layout seems to be alphabetical, and I've had no success in locating where I can configure the nature of how the catalog displays to shoppers.

 

Any assistance is greatly appreciated. :thumbsup:
