The following error has occurred:

The configuration files do not exist, or permission levels are not set.

Please perform the following actions:

cd /home/keysol/public_html/includes/

touch configure.php

chmod 706 configure.php

cd /home/keysol/public_html/admin/includes/

touch configure.php

chmod 706 configure.php

If chmod 706 does not work, please try chmod 777.

If you are running this installation procedure under a Microsoft Windows environment, try renaming the existing configuration file so a new file can be created.

Any clues im a total newbie

Do you have FTP access to your site? If so, at least with my FTP program, all I have to do is right-click on the file name, then the CHMOD option, then check the boxes for what I need.

This link provides a good explanation and a CHMOD calculator, so you can figure out what boxes you need to check:

just a hint, you see there are two different paths there, you have to chmod both of those, also if you have cpanel, you can do it from there in the file manager. i kinda battled with this thing as well, also, you will notice that once the store launches, you will see an error "in pink" across the top, that says configure file is writeable, you will then need to go and reset those permissions to both of those files.

good luck,
