Hi

Anyone help me!

I have own SSL installed yesterday, and have all the links pointed to https, and now my web-site can be view in Firefox fine, no problem, but when I use IE to view the web-site, some of the pages keep coming up with the message that says " this page contains secure and nonsecure items..... " I have tried in different computer to view it as well, and same message came up.

Anyone know where I did wrong, or what I have missing? :(

Solution for me was to get the page loaded not displaying the unsecure items, and they were pictures, and on the properties, i had them loaded as http:// etc to the picture file. Solution, take the syntax right out to the directory level, leaving the picture reference as images/whatever.gif

Hi JohnDet,

I checked, all the links are all from https, and even if I tried to chose the option of not displaying unsecure items, there is nothing missing, everything are all there...

I do not quite understand what you mean by " take the syntax right out to the directory level, leaving the picture reference as images/whatever.gif"

sorry, I am confused myself now, as I have been trying for whole day, and nothing is seems changing... :(

Hello Tyler D,

I know what you mean about a day on it, and no further forward !!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway.

I'm assuming you put pictures into your pages, or your html descriptions

A picture column left, top on my site is

http://autodarkhelmet.co.uk/images/uvir.JPG

https://sslrelay.com/autodarkhelmet.co.uk/images/uvir.JPG

but i wrote it into the column as images/uvir.JPG, and not full path http or https

Try it , se if it helps you

John Det
