HELP! Where as my site gone

Help please my site is gone and all I get is

Means the file is not on your server, or the permssions are wrong- CHMOD to 755

I can get to the site, but it looks like there is another issue going on. In the lower left corner under 'General Info" I see this error "Table 'b3t0dt.TABLE_INFORMATION' doesn't exist"
