I have most catagories set already but when I hit browse and enter a picture I get this error message in pink at the top of the screen: Error: Destination not writeable. ♥Vger Posted March 14, 2005 Share Posted March 14, 2005 If you have an FT programme like WS FTP Pro then FTP to your website, right click on the images folder and follow Operations --> FTP Commands --> CHMOD (Unix) and set the permissions to 755 by typing into the box that appears. This only works on Linux/Unix servers, not on Windows. Or, you can go to your web hosting control panel, look for the File Manager and set the permissions that way. The easiest way to do this is to go into your ftp application and CHMOD the folder to 777. It will be similar to what you were required to do with your configure.php files when you installed OSC.
