The transaction would not be recorded in OSC either. I do not use paypal myself, but I have seen some other posts regarding paypal, concerning customers not clicking the return button after the transaction was completed. You might want to check out the payment modules forum for more information on that. Regards, Tina If you're not having fun you're not doing it right Teach a person to fish rather than give them a loaf of bread or however that saying goes. Jeremy at oddly enough
You might consider installing the paypal ipn contribution, it addresses the first problem mentioned by Tina. I didn't, instead I installed a master password contribution, so I can log in as the customer and complete the transaction myself. I also have recover carts installed so that I can see what was in their cart when they left the site, which should match their paypal total. Also I switched on the auto return feature in my paypal account, all of which ought to deal with the problem. I also have the extra emails set to mail a copy to me, as geotex has suggested, and I modified the confirmation email to include the customers email address at the bottom of the page, to save a bit of digging if I have any thing to email them about when I get the order.
