Im Getting This Error Why

Hi there,

 

I have added a page on my site, however Im getting this error message

ERROR 404 Object not found below is what I did:-

 

I added a size chart page to the information box and to achieve this I copied the

 

catalog/shipping.php and renamed it size_chart.php

 

then copied the

 

includes/languages/english/shipping.php and renamed it size_chart.php

 

Then added this line to Includes/boxes/information.php

 

'<a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_SIZE_CHART) . '">' .

BOX_INFORMATION_SIZE_CHART . '</a><br>' .

 

Then added This Line to Includes/languages/english.php

define('BOX_INFORMATION_SIZE_CHART', 'Size Chart');

 

Now can anybody see where im going wrong please, im pulling my hair out on this one.
