For example, is it possible to upload from an excel spreadsheet or database. It's very time consuming uploading about 200 products. You can also build your own script that adds data to the shop but I guess that's a bit overkill for 200 products. It's easy though, I made a script for a client that imports 8000 products from a file with 25 000 products and it was quite easy to do.
