brideoflinux Posted March 10, 2005 Share Posted March 10, 2005 I have my site set up for free shipping over twenty-five dollars. Other than that, I use a flat rate of $4.00 on domestic (US) orders. This has always worked just fine (for over a year now), yet today, my site took an order from a customer from NY state for $23.90 and didn't charge shipping. I've logged on using several user names I have and can't duplicate this (the site always charges shipping), except when I ship to an address in North Carolina, where I charge 7% tax, which brings a 23.90 order to over $25.
