Once I chhose to have that payment option, what else do I need for this to work ? I?m assuming it doesn?t work just as it is !!! Do I need to go to the bank or install something else ??? You need a merchant id or shared merchant id and access to a payment processing company for it to work to completion. There are much better modules available via Contributions for a large number of payment processing companies. In any event, the default osCommerce Credit Card module is sadly out of date, and does not respond to issues of new credit card numbers, especially Mastercard.
