sinryder
hello guys i am using Optimal payments for my cc payments and merchant account. the rate i am currently getting is $0.35 + 2.75% per transaction. Every thing is running smooth except i get to many declined transactions for which i never get the payment some of the msg are 1) Invalid CVD Value 2) Authorization successful but the transaction was aborted - probably AVS failure. 3) Authorization failed. 4) Authorization Refused. some of my customers called me and said they cannot complete the transaction, keep getting the error msg. And like my payment process needs to be improved. another thing , every time a transaction fails , my processor charges me $0.35. Like if a customer entered a wrong number or , some thing else is wrong and they hit confirm button , i get charged :( is this all normal or i should be thinking of changing my processor. any one knows a good payment processor for canadian sites? your opinion is very much appreciated thankyou

I have had no problems with the Virtual Terminal, but can't get my payment module to work. Which one are you using?
